We source properties for investors to purchase as singular purchases. We work with architects and agents to plan adding value to properties purchased with a view to selling at profit. We plan the purchase, plan the add-value stage, carry out the add-value works and work with agents to market the property for sale.
Rental Portfolios
We source properties for Investors that can be added to LL portfolios where properties can be purchased at BMV (below market value) due to condition/position and value added to maximise the rental opportunity. Our work here includes single purchases for renovation, let via partner Agents for LLs, purchases for conversion to HMOs for let via partner agents for LLs, purchase and renovations of apartment blocks multi unit for both student and professional letting with partner agents.
Property Maintenance and Management
Planned and reactive maintenance
We offer estate agents a planned and reactive maintenance service that includes 24/7 call outs and a Make Safe service. Additionally we offer an All Trades Service to letting agents and landlords for small, medium and large maintenance works.
Block Management Surveys
We offer block management services across the UK on a regional and national level. We understand investors and management companies needs in maintaining a block to high standards.
24/7 call out services
Residents, tenants, landlords and management Companies are often in need of a service that provides a Make Safe Service for stakeholders, and furthermore a reporting system for any repairs or rectifications required.
Proactive Home Renovations
We are pleased to offer a NEW niche service to estate agents and real estate investors. We are offering sales agents a commission-based additional income stream, allowing agents to use RPM as a partner for home services for NEW home owners at the point of sale.
House Build Aftercare
We offer four tiers of house build aftercare, ranging from Bronze up to our Platinum package.
Our service offers a variety of trades with an equalised rate throughout all tiers of the service with the selection of trades available increasing as you go higher up the packages.
Job turnaround SLA's are put in place for all clients who take up our house build aftercare packages, ranging from 30 days down to as little as three days.
Rural and Farming Property Maintenance
We manage rural farms and small holdings for local authorities, land agents and private farmers across Cheshire, Shropshire, North and Mid-Wales. Our service includes upkeep of managed portfolio's and protection of investor assets. Directors from RPM visit and discuss plans for homes and businesses often detailing a 3-5 year maintenance programme and managing associated budgets accordingly. We also undertake reactive maintenance and storm damage insurance works.
